Welcome to Celluviaa.com. These General Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of our website and the purchase of our products (“we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

To place an order on Celluviaa.com, you must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity under applicable law. By placing your order, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

Our products are intended exclusively for private use.

Please note:

• Personalised products are made exactly according to your details and specifications.

• Electronic or decorative products may contain delicate components and must be handled with care.

• Improper use or unauthorised modifications to the product will void any guarantee or warranty claims.

3. Orders and payment

All prices are stated in euros (€) and include statutory value added tax (VAT).

Payment is due immediately upon ordering and is made using the payment methods offered.

For personalised products, production begins immediately after receipt of payment.

Once placed, the order is binding.

4. Shipping and delivery

Orders are usually shipped within 4–10 working days. Processing times for personalised products may vary.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email – provided this is supported by the shipping provider.

Celluviaa.com is not liable for delivery delays caused by shipping providers or events of force majeure.

5. Right of withdrawal

a) Standard products

The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies to non-personalised products. You can find details in our withdrawal policy.

b) Personalised products

Pursuant to § 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB, there is no right of withdrawal for goods that are made to the customer’s specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs. This applies in particular to personalised pictures and comparable individually manufactured products.

If a personalised product arrives damaged or there is a production defect despite correct details having been provided, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or a suitable solution.

6. Limitation of liability

Celluviaa.com is only liable in cases of intent and gross negligence.

Liability for indirect damage, consequential damage or non-material damage is excluded.

Damage caused by improper use or unauthorised modifications to the product is excluded from liability.

7. Changes to the Terms

Celluviaa.com reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect upon their publication on the website.

If you continue to use the website or place an order after the amendment, this shall be deemed acceptance of the new Terms.
